ABP injects real input through Chromium's input system, waits for an engine-defined "settled" boundary, captures compositor output (with cursor), and returns the events that occurred. JavaScript and virtual time freeze between steps. The agent never races against the browser—it observes, decides, acts, and repeats on a world that waits for it.
