Apple has asked Google to look into "setting up servers" for a new version of Siri that's Gemini-powered and meets Apple's privacy requirements, The Information reports. On Thursday, Block CEO Jack Dorsey said that the company was laying off 4,000 of its more than 10,000 workers, partly because of AI.
