本年度黄河凌情呈现以下特点：一是气温总体偏高，波动起伏较大。上游河段凌汛期气温偏高0.3～3.8摄氏度，期间先后出现15次明显降温过程，平均降温6摄氏度以上，最大达16摄氏度。二是上中游出现封河，封冻长度偏短。黄河干流最大封冻长度716.3千米，较常年偏短178千米，下游未封河。三是上游封河发展慢，冰层薄，槽蓄水增量小。上游河段自2025年12月4日首封后，至2026年1月11日封河上首发展至巴彦高勒断面，封河历时39天，较常年偏长20天；平均冰厚约45厘米，较常年偏薄5厘米；巴彦高勒至头道拐河段最大槽蓄水增量7.8亿立方米，较常年偏少2.3亿立方米。四是开河时间偏早。巴彦高勒断面2月21日开河，较常年偏早18天。宁蒙河段预计3月14日上午全线开通，较常年偏早11天。
